start with tums and not eating before bed……angle bed with head raised/feet lower….see DR…

I found that not eating in the evening, like after 8:00 pm and taking prilosec resolved most of the symptons. You can get prilosec over the counter at any drug story, no prescript. needed. I was prescribed prilosec when you needed a prescription for it. The Dr. was a Gastroenterologist.
