  1. some people drink milk to help, some say it’s bad for those problems. try cider vinegar. please stay away from these things they make the problems worse— any kind of mints, caffeine, choclate, fried foods, stuff like that. and some acid reducers make the problem worse!! hope this helps

For the Acid Reflux, I can personnally testify that Tahitian Noni Juice works wonders with it. You can purchase it at http://www.tahitiannoni.com/rjmorris

  5. Natural treatrments. HUMMM! First of all if you eat something that makes you have Acid Reflux, don’t eat it again. Stay away from leafy vegatables, like cabbage, turnip greens, spinach. They stay in the digestive tract for up to twenty-four hours. Zantac hrlprf mr lots, and so did anti-acids. When I first had the really bad reflux I could not liet down to sleep. I had to prop my bed up about three foot. In essence I was sleeping standing up. Your system is probably producing too much acid, and medication will stop that .

  6. You should try Himalayan Goji Juice. It has been scientifically proven to be beneficial.
