What is the best acupuncture point to remedy acid reflux and where is it located? Also, where is ST 36? I know



it is on the outer part of the leg below the knee, but how do I find it’s exact point?

  1. Acid Reflux is a symptom of wheat and gluton allergy, stop eat bread or any thing with wheat or gluton for one week and see how that goes, I would advise that you try this.

    The best point for Acid Reflux is PC 6
    It is located on your arm, just above your wrist.
    ST 36 is about four finger lengths below your knee cap and in the groove toward the outer part of leg.

    Location: On the upper abdomen, 2 cun (3 fingers) lateral to the anterior midline and 6 cun superior to the umbilicus, at the level of CV 14.
