A sip of milk.
Please have it thoroughly checked out though, because someone I know who suffered from Acid Reflux for years just recently had her gall bladder removed - not for gallstones - but a tumour.
If you are pregnant, then it’s a different matter because heartburn and Acid Reflux are normal symptoms in late pregnancy.

Apple Cider Vinegar is good for Acid Refluxes, but there are medicines available in the form of tablets as well.
